I've been guiding women to embody their higher selves for years. But did you know homes have a higher self too? They do. They desire expansion as much as the people that occupy them. They have an energy or frequency, and it’s only natural for the home’s energy to rise as the vibration of the people inside it does. Our home’s souls call to us. They cannot transform without us.

Updating our homes to match our heightened vibration is so important that if we do not align our living space to our frequency it can and DOES affect us (and all who live with you) negatively, slowing or stopping the personal or professional expansion we’ve worked so hard on. We need to align our thoughts, beliefs, vision, and emotions to the desired outcome, but it can be hard to do when all we see is the oldness, disorganization, or stagnancy of our space.

When you don’t like your space, or even HATE your space, you are putting more of that out to the Universe, which in turn drags your vibration down again. It’s a terrible cycle that can be hard to get out of.

Whether you want to freshen up your space or completely transform it, it can be overwhelming to figure out where to start. I've worked with countless women just like you! Even I am like that when I cannot visualize a completed space well. Lucky for us, we live in a world full of technology that aids us in consciously creating our ideals.

Here are the 3 steps I used to Consciously Create My Ideal Home:

1. Guided Visualization

I’ve been thinking about remodeling for years. I just could not imagine what my space would look like completed. Because I couldn’t visualize it, I couldn’t connect or resonate with the energy of it either. Year after year, I did not take action…then I realized that I already had my solution. All I had to do was work the same process I used to consciously create my ideal marriage, ideal career, and ideal schedule. The very one I help other women with all the time!

I recorded a guided Ideal Home Visualization for myself. I do these live with clients and MANY have manifested their ideal homes as a result. So I recorded exactly what I did for them live and put it into a guided visualization. I've been listening to it, and everything that used to feel daunting, overwhelming, and far-off got easy. Honestly, it feels like magic! I’m taking aligned action with ease, and even my husband is on board.

2. Ask Your Home

I know this sounds a little far out there to some of you, but remember, your home has a soul. It carries the imprinted memories, dreams, and frequency of everyone who has lived there or visited. Instead of having to make decisions based on what you think will look good, ask your home what it wants. Ask it what it looks like at its highest vibration that supports the personal and professional expansion of the people who live there.

If you struggle, use a professional guide to connect you with your home. The clarity you will have after doing so will make you wish you had done it sooner! You can also find out the best way to clear any negative energy during your spiritual home connection (purging, smudging, etc...) or get tips you wouldn’t think of. You can ask your home anything, or just let it share what it wants to. It is an extension of you and your family after all and it knows what you need to thrive.

3. Realistic 3D Design

My next step was to learn realistic 3D design. It has brought what I saw in the quantum 5D to the 2D world, then with the invention of 4K technology, the 3D world! Now I can make those final decisions like colors, tones, the balance of furniture, etc… because I can see them. Not the cartoon version of yesterday, but the new “so real you can’t tell it’s not real” version of today!

We are taking down a wall, and I just could not visualize the space with the wall there. This technology fascinated me to the point that I just had to know how it was done. I had no interior design software experience, but HomeByMe made it easy!

You can learn it too, or you can enlist a pro who offers it virtually. Keep these "too real to be fake" images handy when you start shopping for flooring, tile, contractors, etc... The more you look at it, the more real it feels, and the better able you are to connect with the emotions of it already being done.

Your home's soul is conscious. In fact, everything we see has consciousness and is connected; it only appears to be solid and separate. Everything and everyone is energy. To see positive change in your outer world, you must raise your vibration to that frequency. I always recommend getting as far as you can self-coaching, then work with a professional to deal with your blind spots. We all have them!

Since I work from home, I knew that the stagnant energy and little things we had let go were dragging down my vibration. Our environment has a huge impact on our emotional and mental health, and those contribute to our relationship health. My marriage has improved since our remodel, and since increasing the vibration of our home, I was able to bring another HUGE vision to life exactly one year later. I share about that in this blog.
